Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all services purchased through carolkabaale.com, operated by Best Ads (Pty) Ltd.

This is a one-time diagnostic service. Due to the nature of the work involved in preparing for and delivering the call, refunds are not available once the session has been completed.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at hello@carolkabaale.com at least 24 hours before your booked time. We will do our best to accommodate an alternative date.

If you are unable to attend and do not reschedule within 30 days of your original booking, the session will be considered forfeited.

The Amplify Partnership is a 90-day engagement. Because this is a strategic partnership that involves dedicated time, planning, and resource allocation from the start, refunds are not available once work has commenced.

If you choose the monthly payment option ($1,500/month for 3 months), all three payments are required to complete the engagement. Cancellation of future payments does not release you from the agreed total.

Any digital products, templates, or toolkits purchased are non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery.
